Groupe Poisson, a family-owned business founded in 1970, brings together approximately thirty companies specializing in various sectors: public works, equipment rental, transport, recycling, temporary employment, and training. Though mainly established in France, particularly in Île-de-France, the group also has a few international subsidiaries, notably in Canada and Australia.

Brein Transports, a subsidiary of Groupe Poisson, was created to centralize and optimize the group’s transport activities. Previously, these activities were spread out among several entities, which made logistics management complex. By consolidating these operations into a single entity, the group aims to improve coordination and centralize all transport operations.
