Gender Equality Index — Dashdoc

Reference year: 2025 | Published on: 17 February 2026

The Gender Equality Index measures pay inequalities between women and men within companies with more than 50 employees.

Each year, companies must calculate and publish their score out of 100 points, based on four key indicators:

  • The pay gap between women and men in comparable roles and age groups

  • The gap in individual pay rise rates between women and men

  • The proportion of female employees receiving a pay rise upon returning from maternity leave

  • Gender balance among the 10 highest-paid employees in the company

A score below 75 points requires the company to define and publish corrective measures within three years.
