2Integrate

Last June, we organized a Dashday in Antwerp for our Belgian clients! On the agenda: conferences and networking, it was an opportunity for us to exchange with our clients and discuss the challenges of the transport sector and its future prospects. It was also the occasion for us to meet Cedric Verbesselt, project manager at 2Integrate. Cedric was kind enough to give us an interview to share his experience using Dashdoc, why he chose our TMS and the features that are most useful to them on a daily basis!

2Integrate, focusing on digitalization and sustainability

2Integrate is a Belgian company that helps industries fully manage their flows of raw materials and waste, with a particular focus on wood-derived materials and organic waste.

The company is involved at every stage: sourcing suppliers, logistical coordination, possible treatments, as well as administrative management and regulatory compliance. Thanks to this comprehensive approach, 2Integrate enables its clients to secure and simplify their supply chains while meeting industry requirements.

The company stands out for its commitment to digitalization, integrating advanced technological solutions to improve the efficiency and traceability of industrial processes. This digital approach fits perfectly with the implementation of Dashdoc, a tool that has transformed their daily management. 2Integrate is also deeply committed to sustainability, constantly seeking to reduce the ecological footprint of its operations and promote environmentally friendly industrial practices.

The arrival of the TMS: optimized planning and overall time savings

Before adopting the Dashdoc TMS to manage its transport operations, 2Integrate used a manual process. Orders were received by email. Once the task was completed, the CMR was scanned and sent, sometimes even by mail. Only after receiving these documents could they proceed with invoicing.

When Cedric is asked why he chose Dashdoc as his TMS, he mentions two main features:

  • A more efficient planning tool: it allows all transport-related information to be compiled, ensuring much faster invoicing.

  • Waste management feature: very useful in 2Integrate's line of business and a real innovation in a TMS tool.

Thanks to Dashdoc, Cedric tells us he has optimized his planning: having all the information consolidated in a single tool makes it easier to organize and make changes at any time if necessary, and the drag-and-drop planning offers real ease of use.

Invoicing is also much more efficient: documents and necessary information are directly accessible in the TMS, without delay, so invoicing can be done much more quickly.

The TMS: a single tool to centralize all your data

The Dashdoc TMS is directly connected to 2Integrate's ERP, allowing them to receive transport orders very easily in the TMS, then process them entirely, from reception to invoicing, while greatly reducing errors.

For Cedric, the biggest advantage of Dashdoc is being able to retrieve all information on his transport orders, then simulate and create the best routes, and finally have these sent directly to his drivers.

The most useful feature

Finally, we asked Cedric what the most useful feature of the TMS was: for him, the planning simulation is essential because it really optimizes routes. The CO2 calculation is also a very useful feature, especially to measure whether sustainability criteria are being met—an aspect that is very important for 2Integrate.
